When he gets to about 14-15 there will be this constant odor of dirty nuts wherever he goes for roughly 4 years. Unless he showers 2 times a day and avoids lots of physical activity.

 

I thought I was a real pita, and then matt's mom told me some stories

Most of my rebelling came from having a stepmom 6 years older than me (and in school with my sister, lol)

Good grades saved me as a teen, too. I was a bit mouthy to my parents. To be fair, I'm still mouthy to them. Not to others, but Mum and Dad? Yeah. Old habits die hard.

 

Also her son is 12 which means she hasn't had the experience where she goes to clean her sons room and finds.......the sock.

 

My son's room smells like something I can't describe. But it's not all that pleasant and when his laundry hamper is full it's way worse.

I swear it's just those teen hormones.

And Kiddo takes good care of his hygiene. He's pretty fastidious about it, from showers to shaving to changing clothes.

 

Mine is 16 and I have not had that experience and pray I never will.
