I've had the same random $16 locked into my balance but not account for like... two, maybe three years? I ordered something on Amazon with my balance, it was out of stock so they refunded it, but it got stuck in limbo somewhere and I'll be darned if I was going to contact payments to rock the boat, because they're scary.
