It's so disruptive. I know it's going to be really difficult for my kid to roll with it. NTI was a disaster. I don't want to home school but it may come to that.

School is stupid anyways. I always skipped school and look at me now - doing Breligs to keep my lights on. It turned out okay.

I understand that some parents really need school to function as a free(*excluding property taxes) babysitter for them, but this entire situation is ridiculous.

My daughter will be turning 5 this summer. She's extremely exuberant and outgoing, so is super exited about the prospect of going to school this fall. But with all this craziness going on, mom & I have decided home schooling is going to have to do for now. She's not going to be very happy about it, and it hurts my heart :(

Moody Blues, Heart, Steven Wilson (twice), M Ward, Buckwheat Zydeco, Regina Spektor, a whole bunch of local bands nobody has heard of. Probably some I've forgotten too. Heart was really my "must see". I got front row seats and was maybe six feet away from both Ann and Nancy at some point during the evening. For them to have been around as long as they have, those girls are still rocking it.

I dig prog rock in general so a lot of groups I'd like to see mainly tour in Europe and rarely hit the US. Kind of waiting to see what Steven Wilson's next US leg looks like, though it may not be until late 2021 or early 2022 with covid still a factor.

To be honest I have no idea what to do about school. The virtual learning program was a disaster for basically everyone I know, kids are not self starters to expecting them to be is just asking way to much.

Yeah, I personally think they should just keep schools closed til this is over with. If they open I may not be sending them anyways, my oldest (7) has type one diabetes and goes to nurses office 1-2 times a day. I can't have him going to school and to the nurses office, the one place ANY sick kid would go.

Yet all anyone is worried about is them going back to school because them being out screws with parents that work. That and the yearly schedule...it's a tough spot.

My step daughter desperately needs the structure of a schedule and she's already spinning this into how she doesn't feel comfortable going back to school..mind you she told us she wanted to drop out in 7th grade.
