Progress Bar is accurate. Lots of standardized questions. Mainly multiple choice.

Cons:
Tabbing was problematic. When tabbing through the survey, the space bar would often not fill in the radio bubbles, necessitating a manual entry with the pointer. Survey is very lengthy in general. 1 essay type writing question at the very end. Pay is ranked as only fair due to the amount of effort required to slog through the survey, and due to the writing assignment at the end.
