Lol because I’m rewatching Lost to show my husband. In the beginning I said "be prepared. The title is exactly how you feel for most of the show."

 

It was a bit up and down, but overall I enjoyed the Battle of Winterfell, and the 2nd last episode was one of my favourites from the whole series. If the last episode was any good, the whole last season would have been received better I think.

 

It's still too soon for me to forgive Lost. I am reminded of it every year when my facebook rant about the finale shows up as a memory

 

Sorry to laugh, but I have laughed every year you show me too.

I lucked out with Lost because I marathoned it once it was over, so not only did things fit together a little better when watched quickly, but I only wasted a few weeks of my life, not years.

 

Dany’s ending was the best thing and I will defend it until I’m blue in the face. The way some other characters ended... I want to punch in the face.

My idea for a show is to setup a premise and a cast of characters with no further plan whatsoever. Every Monday we go onto twitter and collect all of the “what they should do is...” ideas that people post and pick one and do it. This could go on for decades

I actually think before the TV series aired he had one of those walls with the strings and the notes pinned up everywhere and then somewhere along the way he lost the whole thing and is writing The Winds of Winter entirely from scratch because he lost his plot threads.
