Had to go see the fancy neuroendocrinologist yesterday, who helpfully informs me that my inability to make a normal, vaguely human amount of cortisol means that in addition to fainting like a goat, I have a poor immune response. But also, the cortisone shot I have to get to replace my body's ineptitude will also suppress my immune response.

So, like, if I could just not get sick, that would be best.
