K. I think that's you're problem. With the premium qual, you should be able to just choose the middle option, which is private. This will make your HIT viewable (and able to be exported easily), but no one will still be able to accept the HIT unless they qualify. Was the hidden option selected by default or did you have to click on it? If you clicked on it, but can't change it now, you'll need to pull the batch of surveys. The funds should be refunded nearly instantly and then republish it.

Also, to answer the location question.... I "think" if you use "is" you have to set up two location lines, but you need to use "is one of" if you're setting up multiple locations on one line. But, I am not 100% certain on that.

@Kadauchi can you verify that first point about hidden/private with premium quals, if you're around?

 

I am 100% just speculating here, but I think if she does two lines with IS the HIT will have 2 location quals and no one will be able to take it. I'd just go with IS ONE OF.
