    If he gets really picky about it. Do half turkey and half hamburger, then slowly each time you make it use less and less hamburger.

The attention check is blatantly an attention check, but if you follow its instructions you are doing it wrong. Until this requester figures their stuff out i wouldn't suggest working for them as a rejection might be likely.

    I really like ground turkey but can be a bit of an adjustment I suppose. I find that it can get dry really easy so be aware of that. I use it to make turkey sliders a lot and don't miss using regular beef at all. Good luck with the first try.

    Unfortunately I don't have ground beef defrosted, I MAY have sausage defrosted, I'll have to look.

    I have some fresh chicken broth that we just made overnight in the crock pot that I was going to add to the rice when cooking it.

    Im not a huge fan of ground turkey, but my wife does enough to it that its pretty damned close to ground beef and i dont always catch it.
