    Diet soda is in no way's better for you other than the fact that it won't give you diabetes but also makes you more hungry and fucks with your body... but if you gotta have soda it's the way to go I guess. I'm in that boat lol.

    I considered it but I decided to go all in. I've given it up in the past so I know I can do it....
    Just gotta ignore these feelings telling me to get a mega gulp from the gas station.

    I did get a bunch of tea (unsweet obviously) that I like to drink cold though.

    You can get diabetes from diet sodas as well. Those 'fake' sugars don't stop that.

    Maybe, but it's one of those things that needed to be done so I'm sure I can find something else to be addicted to. It's not like I was asked to do it I willingly did so it's cool.

    I'll just medicate myself with video games and water.

    If you're craving french fries, banana french fries are a good substitute. They have the same texture and taste with just the ever so lightest hint of banana that you won't taste at all if you put anything on it :emoji_wink:

    Just take green cooking bananas, peel, cut (they're super sticky so make sure to protect whatever surface you're cutting it on cause that juice is hard to wash off and practically turns into tar), and fry.

    Hey hey, I never claimed that it's any good or healthier. However, if you're on a low-carb diet and can't quite kick the soda habit, diet soda might be the solution. Personally, I drink 1-3 sodas a month, but I understand others are accustomed to drinking them more frequently. Just trying to help.
