is this one working for anyone? after the practice vid, i'm getting a blank screen where the video should be.

 

I'm having the same problem. It's stuck not loading on the third video. Reloading the page doesn't help. No adblocker on and using Chrome. I emailed the requester. If I hear back, I'll let you know. I'd hold onto the HIT just in case (unless you already returned it).

 

It's one of those scratch-off HITs, you gotta scratch your screen with a coin to reveal the video.

 

messaged them and have already heard back. he suggested clearing cache and reloading the page, if that helps you. didn't help me. going to switch to firefox and see if that helps, currently i'm on chrome.

 

K. Thanks for letting me know! I'll give it a try. Really don't want to redo the HIT in Firefox. I already completed 2/3 videos. Hopefully they'll issue a comp HIT for our time if we can't get it to work still.
