has used phones for sale and my service is less than $20 a month. Of course you could buy a phone and not activate it if you just want to do hits with it don't need service. Selection varies since they are used, here is what they currently have in iphones

 

Thank you!! Definitely did not see. I've been waiting until they have some batches that aren't ~20 second clips with two selections. I think the first decent one I did was ~10 second clips and was $0.50, I was able to get through them quickly. Definitely boring but made me glad I could do 20-30 in a sitting.

 

Look on deal forums. You can generally catch one for free or low cost (7 or 8 model) through prepaid carriers and use it on wifi just for these types of hits. The phone will stay locked to the prepaid carrier but you don't need cell service (I assume) anyway. Sprint had an X model (refurb) for $100 right before the merge with Tmobile.

ok ive done some fiddling with it and got it to let me continue with the hit. the trick seems to be to put all incorrect answers after listening to them then without playing them again put in the correct answers and it wont give me the error. i hope this is correct and wont get rejected

This is the 100% answer, you can get cheap locked phones however that doesn't matter since you just need wifi.
