Try replacing it with a BLU e-cig. I found that I was able to cut back smoking the normal cigs to just using the BLU. Then when I was only using the BLU I started actively using it less. I tapered off until I was only using it 2-3 times day. Then I just ate the hell and suffered for a couple days to a week. It was way easier then hydro withdrawl.

 

I need to quit too. Tired of coughing in the mornings when I wake up. Plus the cost. Maybe I can make it my NY resolution and give it a good go.

I swear by swapping to those disposable TRUSTED e-cigs and using those to taper off. Don't get the sketchy ones. I stuck with BLU because they were cheap, safe, and every store sells them.

 

I'm sure I could quit a lot easier if I cut back on drinking. I smoke 2x as much drinking than not.
