Fun fact about Spilota: Spilota once looked down to see himself covered in dozens of ticks in the middle of a field about a mile from the car. He brushed them off to only have dozens more every couple steps. He is now INSANELY terrified of ticks!

Man, that sounds scary. I would be too.

I've actually never seen a tick before. I'm also not really a trek though the woods type of person... that's probably the reason. Hopefully we both keep avoiding ticks from here on out.

 

I saw a tick once. I tried to squish it. when it saw that I was trying to squish it, it jumped straight at me! my friend laughed and said that was the art of war.

I saw a nymph tick once. After it gave me Lyme Disease and fell off my head.

Yeah, every since I graduated from baby food, I've had this weird preference for solid food . Maybe one day if I get really sick or lose all my teeth I'll revisit foods with soggy textures.

Seriously though, I think it's cuz I was a really slow eater growing up. When I look at soup now, all I see is lukewarm liquid with mushy chunks floating in it.
