Yep! It's sleep paralysis with night terrors so it's a double whammy. Thankfully I only have them on really really really stressful times now. This year was really bad for them (curse 2020) so I'm glad we found relora. It lowers cortisol levels which is the major stress thingy in the brain.

Just damn good the whole way through. Great stories and technically most of his things are interconnect stories about a world . It's fucking great.

 

Benadryl and diphenhydramine (OTC sleeping pills) does that to me. I'll be 99.9999% asleep but can't...quite.........fall........asleep. Then suddenly the Reaper is standing over me and I have sleep paralysis. Sucks bc I can't even segue into a lucid dream even though I know I'm dreaming. It's either wake up flailing or die from a heart attack or stroke, and I LOVE lucid dreams.

 

Oh I love lucid dreams and meditating myself to sleep I can near always fall into a lucid dream. Thankfully for me benadryl puts me in a fucking coma. 45 minutes after taking it and I'm literally asleep in my chair.

Damn those deamons to hell though for those night terrors. I'm just so glad I know what it is now so I have ways to work on it.

It's pretty good, but then they start screaming at me in Japanese and I don't like it anymore.

 

I just kinda take the Japanese as another instrument mentally. It allows me to work and listen to it at the same time because I don't understand it. With English songs I start paying attention to the lyrics while working and I get distracted lol
