When it gets cold out and all the bugs disappear, they go to @SunlitSunflower 's house to hide for the winter.

 

I wish it wasn't fucking true! We have our bathroom wolf spiders doing their thing. Beans loves the crickets but doesn't eat the legs. We just killed the kitchen sink spider. It had 4 egg sacks that opened up and we found out for sure that it was a brown widow. We had 36 in total that we killed ontop of the counters alone. We had to clear all the spices, appliances, containers, and stands off because you would pick something up and there would be another.

I LOVE this old farm house but holy fucking shit do I hate the bugs. Wasps in every window no matter how we seal them. Spiders, centipedes the length of my hand, camel crickets, you fucking name it and I've seen it in the house.

those Christmas lights hits have a 12 min timer. so they can't be done. I tried 2 of them.

they consider 1 1/2 to 3/2 to be a normal range. It can be earlier for girls than boys and earlier for kids with siblings than first borned. My son was about 2 1/2. Only good advice I can give is if someone stays home with her go from diapers to naked all day, pull ups don’t work. They need to get used to there not being a diaper there or they will continue to go where they always have

I'm so glad this randomly came up since the first few google searches are saying "give them the training potty at 13-15mo" so this is perfect timing or I'd be late LOL.

Well not that specific one but that brand was linked, looks like they have a seat for the normal toilet

My mom passed on her knowledge of putting them in panties straight out the gate when you take off the diaper. Something something it's not comfortable to be wet after peeing/pooing so they learn quick as long as you provided the stepping stones of potty training before that point. No clue if it actually works that's just how she taught my brother and I and I mostly shit in the toilet these days.

Three weeks ago, while cuddling my cat, 4 or 5 fleas jumped on me. Never had that happen before, never saw a flea on any one of my cats. I bought Hertz Ultra Guard Flea and Tick Killer and applied. Haven't seen a single flea, but still seeing eggs, lots of eggs, every day. I have terazzo floors, no rugs, and clean their bedding and vacuum every day. It's driving me nuts and grossing me out.

 

we have a topseat for the big potty but he started with a little wooden one that was passed done em from my mil. Didn’t stay on that long honestly, he wanted the big potty

 

Lmao. Some of these parenting things I'm like "why do people stress this? Who ever makes it to adulthood without X/Y/Z skill"

Then I realize I've been in public restrooms and now I'm freaking out about this

I think that's why some people use cloth diapers. They are not as absorbent as disposable ones so kids notice quicker when their pants are wet/soiled.
