Will I get banned on mturk for calling a requester a scammer

If you do it through the messaging system, probably

 

reqs don’t carry the ban hammer. They can block you but that’s the worst they can do to your account if you are doing honest work

Suuuuper not true if you're using MTurk's messaging system and even if you go outside of it it's a risk.

 

I think all requesters are wonderful and amazing.

Yeah but you're a sane individual who might at least make your point semi-lucidly. The average message from a worker looks like something 4chan wouldn't allow. Also this:

I read the damn messages on the HIT too and someone said something about the requester having a 41% approval rate or something.

FWIW, I'd expect the chances of eating a ban on the actual grounds of solely calling a requester a scammer is probably relatively low, depending on how vehemently you did so to generate a response from them. What I think the ACTUAL risk there is the messaging system being automatically monitored for keywords and, if I was building it, that'd 100% be one of the keywords I'd just plug in as an auto-suspension to make the system autonomous and lower support costs since a worker sending a message that way is likely a net drain on the ecosystem.

Requesters are the customers, we're the product is all it really comes down to
