because you would increase your income with annuities because annuities have high interest payments rn and afaik nothing else does. so it's a fast boost to income that starts immediately. BUT it doesn't matter because I forgot the IRS charges a 10% penalty on annuity payments before age 59-1/2.

But I would like to know if there is something other than annuities paying 3% or higher interest rates now, if anyone knows of anything.
