Before you jump at me too, I'm also an immigrant who moved from a third world country to the US and I heard (and still hear occasionally) a lot of ignorance coming from people. I try to teach them why their views are wrong and offensive instead of yelling at them, I'd say it has worked out about 90% of the time.

Indian isn't a race, it's a culture. And I at the time was dealing with immense stress. A friend of mine who had escaped an abusive relationship with an Indian ex-husband and had had to literally change her name and move 1800 miles away, after years of being married and had changed her name again, got found again through her ex-husband's constant monitoring using his Indian telecom ties. Her new family started getting harassed.

It was a shitstorm of a conglomeration of all sorts of stuff piling up at once both emotionally and physically for me and was based on two (or 5 if you count the damn extended warranty and healthcare scam calls) people from one country and I snapped emotionally.

I'm done with my proton therapy. I'm trying to gently ease my way back into TV now that I'm now starting to get sleep, starting to eat and keep my blood sugar up, starting to not feel like ass, starting to not hate the whole world, starting to want to bite everything because my teeth are loose from the therapy, starting to not choke on phlegm in the middle of the night because my sinuses are so swollen, starting to feel empowered again instead of just being a worthless fucking cancer victim that's pissed off at the world and the universe.
