    The Husband almost broke his ankle cleaning the top of the chicken coop. He was on the ladder built into the coop and the step he was on failed and sent him straight down almost a whole story. He's good! Just a minor scrape on this leg at best and a twisted ankle. We're having a celebration drink over how minor it turned out to be. That could have been a lot worse!

    Nah nah, it's just a lot cheaper and healthier then a lot of the things around here. We really enjoy the use of real vegetables in a lot of asian foods. Like we have the bok choy for this and the enoki mushrooms. I also find I enjoy their cultures flavor profiles a lot.
