    We haven't seen any hot pot kits. But we just found out there's a hot pot restaurant semi-near us, fingers crossed it survives the pandemic cause we're definitely going when it's really over :emoji_yum:

    they aren't, that's goulash-like. nothing like American Chop Suey.

    google is completely wrong about American Chop Suey.

    hard noodle-like salty crispies, soy sauce, green peppers, beef strips that are skinny and long like bacon but thick, and some other stuff I'm forgetting. that's American Chop Suey. @SunlitSunflower do you know what those noodles are called?
