    Apple cider vinegar, dish soap.
    Put both in a small dish with plastic wrap over the top. Poke holes big enough for them to fly in. Leave near where they are. Should help kill a lot of them.

    I'm out of vinegar, but I'll it to the shopping list. I'm not a slob, but I manage to forget some food out a bit too long once in a while, or my garbage disposal attracts them.

    We got a super old farm house so we get them no matter what we do.
    Nah nah, aint no one saying a bit of fruit flies means your a slob! I don't know a single person who doesn't get a bout of them every now and then.

    Yes. Put some honey and warm water in a jar. Cover with plastic wrap. Secure with a rubber band. Poke some holes in it. Small ones. Leave it out over night and repeat until they are all gone. :)
