Yeah but just self imposed. Realized I was going way hard on the salt after a bp scare (turned out to be a panic attack but still), started tracking and tryna stay low.

Oh yeah still getting the minimum rec, often over. Just trying to stay in the recommended range, compared to where I was before.

I've been doing my best to watch my sodium intake as well due to being blessed with a family history of kidney disease and high blood pressure.

I'm glad there's a bit of a push to no salt added foods now. Things like tortilla chips with no salt added is a godsend. But then there's random ass shit and you look at the label and question - why the dick would you put salt in this? Things like tomato paste and what not.. I mean salt is delicious and all, but man, take it easy on the salt you food conglomerates.

Evidently this is a limited release for Valentines day. What are they thinking at Kraft headquarters? It would be one thing I guess if it was just a dye. It's not like that orange color is natural, but it has a sweet flavoring packet. I can't even imagine.

 

I have wondered if there's a preservative aspect for things like that. No idea, have done zero research. But yeah it's sneaky in p much anything processed... and I dearly miss it.

 

Has anyone done those ic3 hits where you record yourself with some noise in the background. Can you play a recording of the thing they are asking for while you talk?
