Good morning all!! Couple of updates, it is cold AF and everything is already covered in ice, with more freezing rain on the way. Super thankful for our wood stove cause if the power goes out we still have a way to cook and stay warm. After the freezing rain is done we're supposed to get snow so we won't be going anywhere for awhile.



Also we found out the Hubs sister passed due to a Thyroid storm, which is scary af if you've never heard of it. Her heartbeat got up to 200 and the docs did all they could and got her heartrate down to abut 140, but said the heart attacks and strokes would start in the next few hours so they made the choice to turn life support off. We took some pizza over to our brother in law last night and he seemed ok, but I am sure he is still in shock. It was a wakeup call for all of us, so Hubs and I will be scheduling a check up at the docs to get bloodwork done just to make sure everything is ok in a couple of weeks.
