Has anyone ever used .. instacart? grocery pickup? I'm super confused how tf this works.. I can order groceries from the grocery store website but this is somehow instacart putting the groceries into something for me to swing by and pick up..?

most grocery delivery contracts out the delivery to places like instantcart, doordash, etc
I use walmart delivery for groceries and it's doordash who goes and picks up the bagged food that is ready to go, and brings it to me

Yeah they don't do that here, they just have it all ready to go at the store. Which is fine, was just trying to save the hour+ walking around in circles, just wondering why it isn't just from the actual grocery store employees.. seems weird as shit to have this officially integrated into the grocery store but then redirected to instacart

I just don't want moldy raspberries dammit

 

There is no app honestly had no clue it wasn't the actual store except for a tiny banner when picking a time to pick up the groceries
