I am realizing recently that I am not terribly far from being qualified for jobs that pay better, have more upward mobility opportunities, and don’t require me to bust my ass on my feet for 45 hours a week In a kitchen though. Been grinding hard to improve my technical skills to get to where I need to be but I think I can get there in the next year
