lol, I've lived in this one since 2012 and in like 2014 when I made a complaint about my neighbor I was enlightened to find out WHY the complaint wasn't addressed....it was cause she was on the board. That's when I found out how badly it was being ran and the attorney was taking all the money, so much so that at the end of the year they were doing "IOU"'s......
