    I pulled a Kirk Staley and emailed a requester.
    In my case, I had done a lot of their HITs in the past and am now blocked by the infamous CR Research Group #2. She got back to me right away, apologized and said this will not happen again. She also said she'd be sure to let me know when her future HITs are posted.
