Having watched all the legit gold mining shows on discovery, I'm not down to something called "Ice Cold Gold" on Smithsonian channel.

Yep. I really liked Freddy Dodge's mine rescue. I'm a CNC programmer so I was excited to see Juan put a plasma table in his rig.

 

That's cool. I just wanted to make sure you knew all the spin offs.

 

SS was always more lenient than all the other apps because it used user to user comparisons instead of the actual "strength standard" calcs (which is like sq 1rm x 1.5bw or w/e, which most normal people don't actually stick around lifting enough to attain lol). Personally preferred it because it did user:user comparisons and would be like "yo, congrats, you're stronger than 80% of normies" which is a lot more representative of walking around in public than "lmfao you're a terrible excuse for an olympic power lifter stop using our stuff" type apps

Which is odd because usually I'm a fan of the harsher criticisms, esp health metrics but the pretty muscle coloring diagram was also a big ++ of SS

 

You guys pan out alright?
