Man I'm so burned out right now....how do you fix that?

 

That honestly doesn't help, I just think about all the crap I still have to do and money and etc and then I have anxiety.

 

I'm an avoider so I either sleep or play video games. It doesn't really help with the problems, but I won't be bummed anymore temporarily lol

 

In all seriousness, it's cliche, but just getting up and walking around for 10 or 20 minutes outside might help.

 

I go on a 30 min bike ride and return to work after that. Getting out in the sun and fresh air def helps.

A lot of my issues come from my wife and kids being home for the better part of 18 months. I went from having the house to myself 8 hours a day 5 days a week to never having that ever. When everyone is home I have more stuff to do and make less money. My wife lost her job during covid and her unemployment is ending which anytime there is a money issue she immediately will spin it into how I need to get a job even though no one lifts a finger to help me with anything around the house and I have physical limitations due to a workplace injury and I haven't worked an actual job in 8 years...

All that has my stress, burnout and anxiety off the chart. My wife is the kind of person that will complain I buy video games and don't play them...but at the same time complain I'm playing a game instead of paying attention to some show or not tending to her needs...its mind numbing.

In Queuebicle, when adjusting the max hits I want the panda to accept, if I want to put more than a single digit I have to click the box again after putting in the first number.

EX: I want to type 10, it inputs 1 then I have to click the box again to adjust it to 10.

A mild inconvenience but maybe something to improve <3 @CT
