Yes. Any survey that is on qualtrics likely uses those metrics for inclusion quals for hits. If I look at my quals now I have thousands of them. You can't take their survey without them.

Yes. Cloud Research (used to be called turk prime) is a hosting company that many requesters use. Thus the questions at the end of many HITs and the hundreds/thousands of include/exclude quals you have assigned to you by them.
