Hi everyone! My name is Azka. I am a research student at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG). My area of interest is exploring work experiences and digital platforms. The purpose of this study is to better understand the challenges and opportunities that workers experience due to the use of platform work. I’m recruiting 8-10 Amazon Mechanical Turk (AMT) workers to participate in a short survey and a 60-minute online interview in exchange for a $20 Amazon eGift Card. To participate in the study, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Amazon Mechanical Turk (AMT) must be your primary occupation, or you must be spending at least 15 hours per week on AMT • Complete a short survey (2-3 minutes) • Be available for a follow-up 60-minute audio-only interview via Zoom This study has been reviewed and approved by the NUIG Research Ethics Committee.
