Dear ladies of the Hub (or hair dudes, whatevs I'm begging for info here I'm not choosey)

Any clue what this hair style / product required to do this gravity defying swoop thing is? It looks like it flips up and back almost at the front.. or maybe it's just the angle, but it's like "big" / "poofy" (but not in a frizzy way) swoop thing

asking for the next time my wife gets her hair cut

Round brush, diffuser on hair dryer, mousse, then hairspray to hold. Round brush will get the volume on the top.
