    Yeah, I don't have the room which sucks. If we did I would forgo the gym entirely because I honestly don't like the local gym options. A bunch of them got blasted during the pandemic for some really bad cleaning practices. I -think- it's been corrected (because you know getting yelled at publically is a bad image) but I'm not sure.

    There are a lot of really great exercises you can do without any equipment at all. The only thing you really need is the small bit of space to move and maybe a floor mat. Equipment really isn't necessary

    I don't know if it's just a Louisiana/southern thing but they go on sale all the time here. Sometimes they do a 10 for $10 sale and I stock up. I remember eating them as a kid and watching the weekly Disney movies on Sundays (I think? I was super young) so that probably adds to it.

    Still, I will unhinge my jaw and gobble them down often.

    You know.... this isn't really helping the image of me going to a more healthy lifestyle now that I think about it.
