No because the scraper is going to ignore your settings for some things anyway. There are (I think) 3 different scraper cyclers going on in the background all focused on differing things. If some moron req blasts 13,000 penny HITs QBC will go ahead and check a higher value scraper cycler regardless of your settings so it's usually better to see everything (no min) but ymmv. If a user just absolutely refuses beyond all hope/reason to do anything under 5c then sure, it's fine, but also why lolol

Just a heads up, if anyone went in on the Roza M Garza hits today, she is now throwing Rejections left and right at me. She wanted us to sound out the pronunciation of words, 10 per hit. For a few of them I submitted ???, as the word I was given was mostly numbers and symbols. She is rejecting all of those. She is also rejecting several because my answer does not apparently match her words. I sent her an email asking for clarification and a chance to work it out, but no response yet. I would advise leaving her alone unless you want to rejections.
