my only beef with peanut butter is that most PB has all the peanut oil taken out and replaced with palm oil, which is very bad for you

ironically, walmart brand organic PB is the only one I can find that is 100% peanuts with no palm oil or added sugar

 

kroger natural peanut butter is just peanuts and salt

 

I feel the same way. I have very strong opinions on PB lol

Aldi's also sells almond butter and pb without palm oil. The smuckers PB is my favorite though. It's cheap and you can get it anywhere

Nice.. but our last Kroger store went out of business a couple years ago.

Might check out Aldis.. I havent been very impressed with them cus I keep hearing how cheap they are and that is not my impression at all every time I go...

Its weird cus even the expensive "All Natural" marketed type PBs I look at still have palm/sunflower oil and added sugar...

I actually like the palm oil PB better texture and tastewise, but prefer the healthiness of real PB
