08/18 - Wacky Wednesday

Hi everyone, I haven't been active for a while due to lots of family problems. I've been working as I can on hits but I've run into an issue. It seems I am blocked from many surveys now. I couldn't figure out what was going on until I tried to add hits from here and then got the dreaded blocked from these hits. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it as I need this income. Thank you.

I switched from Xfinity this year to lower my bill. AT&T has been something else. So far they had to come to reconnect my line because someone forgot to label it at the box when they installed it so someone jacked my line and gave it to someone else in my apartment. Also, currently on my second modem. I can never get someone from the US. Its always chat or someone in a different country. I basically told one rep you owe me money for the days I had to work from the library which he didn't seem like it was his problem.

You're likely not "blocked", you probably just don't have the right quals for those specific HITs. It may take a while to build those back up. I currently have Mediacom and I hate how much it costs, but otherwise its pretty good. I previously had ATT several years back now and had lots of problems with them. I'd still consider switching to save money but for some reason my particular address doesn't have any option besides Mediacom...

 

My gym partner kept telling me how great AT&T was and that I should switch. Xfinity had its issues, but they at least had their stuff together. I do like that my bill is $30 cheaper at the moment though. Just wish it was a more pleasant experience. One day I hope Google Fiber comes to my neighborhood. I heard good things about them.

 

Thank you for responding! I actually did the Amazon quals and have worked for these requestors in the past. I'm not really sure what's going on at the moment. I haven't stopped working, I just slowed down quite a bit.

Maybe look to see if you have this qualification.

 

Many requesters have (somewhat recently?) attached a "CR Research Group" qual, and that may be the hangup? Unfortunately there's no easy way to acquire that one other than doing SurveyComet HITs. Answering the optional questions at the bottom of TurkPrime HITs may help, as well.
