I have experienced that. I usually don't use the Workspace feature of QBC.. i work from my browser for that reason.. I think Workspace is kinda buggy. I've also had the screen go black in the middle of a survey which pissed me off. So i just work from my browser.

Its happend at least twice. I believe I was watching CSTAT videos when it happend last. I also have spotty internet so that could be a factor as well.
