It changes a lot week to week, this is just sort of a baseline week for me. It's also not super great for women unless you really really want to have super muscular and strong shoulders lmao (in fact, I wouldn't recommend this workout plan to anyone unless you know what you're doing, have your nutrition and supplementation on point, and/or want to die after the first week ), but here you go, attached PDF to this post.
