For the last few Binders that have come out, I have been trying to troubleshoot why I get the notification, but never any pandas.

I tried multiple variations of a Requester, Keyword, and Projects (since Binder release on the same HIT ID), with no luck.

Seems maybe I found the possible culprit? @ChrisTurk I assume these blocked watchers are to prevent several pandas from firing off after a HIT has been accepted. How do I prevent QBC from creating these for requesters like Binder who release the same HIT on the same HIT ID?

Also, should we clear these out, and if yes, how often do you recommend?
