I've found that sometimes Prolific forgets to take the damper off. It happened last year a couple times, and again this summer. I had no surveys showing, even follow-ups in June, and emailed them after one of my follow-ups didn't show. After they fixed it, I had 40+ studies.
(for reference, I have 7k studies completed there, so it's fair to let others get some)

From their site: "We also try to make study distribution fair so that participants get an equal chance to take part. If you've completed a lot of studies recently, you may find you'll be invited to fewer studies for a short period of time."

I would make sure you have all the profile information filled out, with all demographics (Vacc/not/undecided is new huge one) and make sure that you were bugged, not just getting 10-20 a day and not noticing.
