Anyone get an email from Joshua Knabb with a follow up survey to the one from yesterday about meditation? Yesterday's hit asked if you wanted to be contacted for a follow survey that pays so I opted in but then it asked for your full name and phone number which I didn't give him and I even added in the comment section that it was violating TOS. Today I get an email from him with just a link to the survey that's outside of MTurk with no other information and to top it off the email didn't even come from the MTurk platform, it's a no reply mail server. Can they get our email from MTurk w/o us messaging them? He's not really a newbie requester and I don't see any bad reviews but the whole thing seems so shady, needless to say I haven't touched the link.

 

This is 100% shady. I'd say leave this alone. I don't think they can get your email address unless you give it to them. If you replied to a message that he sent through mturk, though, he has your email.
