    the issue that people seem to have had recently (with it freezing/going backwards/not saving) started happening to me in like december, and the timer wouldn't last the full 6 seconds, it would skip from 6 to like 2 or 1 and then just go to the next recording; before that they were fine

    their communications person/people are nice enough but it was just a waste of time to wait for the HIT to break, get in touch, get the comp HIT etc.
