Ugh, thyroid problems suck. I hope they get it figured out and that you feel better soon! I was born without a thyroid gland and it's been a mess ever since I was a baby (constant testing and figuring out med dosages… which still fluctuate a lot). I've been feeling a lot more tired lately and wonder if my dosage needs to be changed… again. -_- I definitely sympathize.

I personally have not had any issues and my doctor has not said I should be on any special diet in regards to having Hashimoto's. That is not to say he hasn't told me to go on a diet for other reasons, lol

Not that I am a doctor or anything, but perhaps your antibody numbers are only indicating that you have Hashimoto's, not an indication of your health. If your T4 is in range now, that is probably a more important number.

For reference these are my numbers and my doctor was like, "yep, you have Hashimoto's."
