There is a lot of great content written in these forums. You might just cruise around and read a few of the posts.

I highly recommend using some tools. A lot of people use MTS. There is also PandaCrazy which I hear good things about. Both are free to use and can help you.

You might also want to stay in this thread and look at what people are posting. Sometimes some of these HITs are still active, so you might be able to pick up some work just scraping this thread.
