Finally caught it

 

Kids will find any reason to make fun of other kids. They called me Ugly Erika for a large part of my life. I also got called Erika Noodles. Yeah, that one made soooo much sense. Let's not forget the mockery for my mother going to the Tanger outlets and not coming back for some time. Or the humiliation of my dad dating my sister's high school classmate. I was runty, I had an Afro,and wore oversized tshirts down to my knees cause I was super poor and all I had for clothes were hand me downs from the neighbors. And really, that's just a tiny look into why I went to college and never went back home anymore. It sucked, I survived. I like to think I'm pretty badass now. I like the name Theodore personally, I don't think that's setting up a kid for some sort of mockery and I think it's silly to put that much stock on a first name.

Anywho, that's just me and Matt and I happen to be big fans of the name George. Let's all raise a glass to how shitty growing up could be! We are all fabulous now.
