i think it's got some algorithm tied to the overall congestion mturk is experiencing at any given moment. most of the time i can hit the site with a couple different scrapes/pandas at the same time without an issue as long as i don't go TOO ham, but sometimes, usually during the late afternoon, i'll get it for what seems like no reason.

 

My guess is that they are flagging accounts, my man. GL.

I wonder if we can do both versions of this? There's a desktop one as well.

 

But then there are reports of simply changing internet service has seemed to solve the issue (one user reporting that they don't get the errors when using their phone's hotspot wifi vs home internet) - this wouldn't align with users being flagged - potentially pools of IP addresses being flagged or something
