    I definitely was smiling the whole time we went around discussing our work experiences so far. Getting to be on a creative team of people again after two years of pretty much working solo is SO exciting.



    The other two interns are really cool, too! We all got comfy enough to make jokes and start dissolving those awkward ‘i don’t know you yet’ walls.



    We went around showing off our portfolios a bit, so I’m glad I had the instinct to update mine yesterday with stuff I just finished working on. Phew.



    Also, the work fridge is stocked with Arnold Palmers, which is amazing. In REGULAR sized cans though!! I didn’t know they came in sizes besides DAMN THAT’S A BIG-ASS CAN size.



    My first full day is Monday. Don’t have to be in till 11am. If this is the modern working world, I’m more than happy stepping back into it.:emoji_sunglasses:



    Thank you so much to all of you who’ve been super encouraging - even if it’s just a rating my spam posts of excitement (or hating the Onion Gang episode) - this internship is a huge deal to me and a big thing I’ve been looking forward to for the last month, and it’s nice to have support from super rad people.:emoji_blush:

    So, on an unrelated note... had the craziest conversation with a woman the other day. We'd just meet and we're talking and everything seemed to go okay when I told her she had nice hair, nice figure, nice mustache and then suddenly she got all angry with me.

    Just don't understand women sometimes...
