I use edge because I don't really use it for anything else. Strangely, I haven't been able to convert from the app on my phone for at least a year, maybe even longer.

 

no problem for me. I go to wallet, and click the three dots by the amount in pounds, click convert, and it's done in 2-3 more clicks with no fees. I can't do it from my app on my phone either though.
