I did email back earlier to see if there's any timeline that they expect to see accounts restored or if we can expedite other workers reinstatement in some capacity. Total shot in the dark, feel like we're just going to have to adhere to their timeline.

 

What email are you guys sending it to? I contacted through the form on mturk and I never got a response since Monday of last week.

But you can't email directly. You have to use the contact form, so when you respond their ticketing system properly directs it.

People who have been fortunate enough to get someone in Cape Town have gotten real responses, from Imraan and Ahkeel. If you get the American reps, they simply respond with the laziest canned response without reading your email.

wow quite a few suspensions still in that poll

have new suspensions stopped at least?

 

I believe once MTurk said the issue was "fixed" at 4:27 pm Pacific yesterday, there have been no new unsuspensions. Does anybody here know if they were definitely unsuspended after that time?

 

Sent another email to Mturk yesterday since my account still doesn’t work and wow, I’m shocked, this is the first time they haven’t told me to talk to “Amazon Pay”…

can someone please post the link to login to amazon payments NOT amazon pay? it's no longer in my google results. when I log into amazon pay, I see completely different info/layout/everything. I need to login to PAYMENTS because that is where I saw the "not eligible" message and I want to see if it's still there.

I'm checking now and I'm still seeing the same "not eligible" message

 

it's starting to sound like some people might have some sort of deeper verification issue on top of this stuff that went unnoticed but got dragged into the light by this mess

 

If they're doing each one individually, it could take a while. Tech guys have to sleep too.

I mentioned yesterday that I had issues with Getting my withdrawels repeatedly in the months before they automated the process back in 2019.

The issue I was having was that my previously verified bank account would show as unverified so I could not initiate a withdrawel. I would reverify it (send a copy of a statement) they might or might not verify it, keep sending in statements until they marked it as verified then withdraw my money. A few days later go to withdraw and start the whole process over again because it was once again not verified. I have to admit by month 4 or 5 of this my emails were getting a bit snarky and my uploads included screenshots with things highlighted and comments like why do I have to do this again written in bold across them but then they automated the system and I stopped having issues

Now people who are suspended including me are seeing that their bank accounts are showing as unverified, can't help but wonder if this is an old issue resurfacing for whatever reason
