how did you do it? did it let you add a bank account on the payments site? mine doesn't have a bank account anymore and won't let me add it. I'm one of the people getting the "not eligible" message on the payments website.

 

My bank account was always there and verified. The suspension page just randomly changed to a verification page yesterday that had me upload docs. I think some of us are just more broken than others

 

what documents? they will probably want me to upload the same things.

When I had issues with my account a few years ago, they had me email them a copy of my ID and a photo of me in a bunny costume. They emailed me back the next day saying "LMAOOOO what a gullible fuck", and then my account was back to normal.

errors again. This happened the last few times it seemed like the platform completely broke last week.

 

it's very borked today, so many Internal Server Errors and occasionally 503 errors. before the suspension crisis I had contacted Amazon several times trying to get them to understand their servers are broken (and getting absolutely nowhere ofc, I would message them and get a message back asking me what I meant) but I stopped once there was all the suspensions since I didn't want to take up valuable customer service space + the site was running faster.

 

Valuable isn't the first word that comes to my mind xD

I still can't turk. does anyone know if this batch is always up? instead of manually re-checking to see if I'm still suspended, I want to start a panda for something and then I'll know if I'm unsuspended because panda crazy will accept hits.

Yesterday I mentioned using the contact form from MTurk's page for the 2nd time (@1:27 pm CDT) and I received a message back within minutes with a case #. Last night I received another email with a completely different case # saying they were checking my account to fix the situation and noticed that it had already been fully restored. It appeared that my account was fixed after messaging them yesterday based on case #s I saw.
Keep contacting them through the MTurk form. Maybe even try the same time I sent mine through? You never know!

 

I have a bonus that has evaporated on Mturk and I also was supposed to be paid on the 4th, but when that did not happen and I checked my earnings tab the date had been changed to the 10Th and when I went to settings the 3 day payout which I have had set for 8 years, was gone, and the 7 day was checked. This happened after my "payments account" was suspended and then restored
